A Wide Career Lense..

...and recognizing the options. It was amazing to hear about how the four panelists came to be where they are today. All of them were extremely experienced, motivated, and especially - passionate - about what they do. And it is obviously making them a huge success.

I'm just going to highlight a few key points/suggestions the women made that is really inspiring:

• Do a great job in whatever you do.
  
• Allow yourself to make mistakes, because those are the best life lessons of all
• Toot your own horn and get recognized!
• Think of your career as the pieces that contribute towards your ultimate goal. Evaluate your values and passion and use those to guide you in your career path.
